Annual Enrollment Updates
Project management
We publish a timeline eight weeks in advance of renewal date and take the lead in tracking and managing the project including reviewing and updating the system with all renewal related changes

We work with you and your client to implement integrated communication plans to support benefit enrollment goals and strategies
Carrier changes and data connections
We set up and test new data connections, and manage eligibility feeds to current and new carriers during the transition period to ensure accurate enrollment and billing for the new plan year
